1.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. We only receive:

• Transaction confirmation
• Purchase amount and credit package details
• Stripe customer ID for your account

1.3 Resume and Job Description Data

When you use our optimization service:

• Resume text is extracted from PDFs in your browser
• Resume and job description text are sent through our secure servers to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek)
• We do NOT store, log, or retain your resume content on our servers
• Data exists only in server memory during the API request and is immediately discarded
• We do not extract, analyze, or mine any personal data from your resume

1.4 Usage Data

We may collect:

• Optimization tier selected
• Number of optimizations performed
• Timestamps of service usage
• General analytics data (via Google Analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide resume optimization services
• Process payments and manage credit balances
• Send service-related communications
• Send marketing emails with ATS tips, job search strategies, and career advice (only if you opt-in)
• Improve our service quality
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with:

• AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek): Resume and job description text for optimization processing only
• Firebase (Google): Account authentication and database services
• Stripe: Payment processing

• We NEVER sell your personal information
• We NEVER share your resume content with marketers or recruiters
• We NEVER use your resume data for purposes other than optimization

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where Your Data Lives

• Your Browser: Resume cache (under your control)
• Firebase Servers: Account data, credits, optimization history
• Our Servers: No persistent storage of resume content
• AI Provider Servers: Temporary processing only per their privacy policies

4.2 Security Measures

• All data transmitted using HTTPS encryption
• Firebase security rules restrict data access
• Secure API endpoints with authentication
• Regular security updates and monitoring

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your account data
• Update: Correct inaccurate information
• Delete: Request account deletion by emailing us
• Clear Browser Data: Remove cached resume data anytime

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Browser Cache: Controlled by you, cleared on demand
• Server Processing: Resume data discarded immediately after optimization
• Deleted Accounts: Data removed within 30 days of deletion request

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
